Are there any allergens in your cakes

Yummy Honey Bit strictly adheres to proper sanitation processes and procedures to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Our utmost priority is to maintain a professional and safe environment for our customers. In our Honey Cake, we utilize Almond Milk as an ingredient. Additionally, one of our fillings contains walnut bits. It is important to note that Our cakes are processed with the surface area containing nuts.Therefore, they may come in contact with nuts, which can be an allergen for some individuals. If you have nut allergies, please exercise caution when consuming our cakes.

Do the honey cakes contain dairy?

Yes, our cakes do contain a dairy product. Please keep this in mind if you have any dietary restrictions or lactose intolerance.

How Should I store my honey cakes?

For the best taste and freshness, we recommend consuming our Honey Cakes within three weeks from the production date. They can be kept at room temperature for up to 30 days, refrigerated for up to 60 days, and frozen for up to one year.

Shipping and Delivery Handling Time

We provide delivery services within the United States, and the pricing for shipments varies depending on the quantity ordered and the location of delivery.
Currently, we collaborate with the following shipping partners:
1. USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Business days) 🚚
2. UPS Ground (1-4 Business days) 🚚
It is important to note that our handling time typically ranges from 1 to 2 business days. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred shipping option.
Please be aware that we ship orders from Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on weekends, as some delivery carriers are closed during that time. This approach ensures that our honey cakes reach you in perfect condition, without any risk of melting or spoilage. Maintaining the quality of our products is our highest priority.
Kindly note that shipping and delivery times may vary during holidays. While we strive to provide exceptional service, factors such as increased order volume or carrier schedules can impact delivery times.
Once you place your order, an order receipt will be promptly sent to your email address or via text message. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and the total amount of your purchase.
Please take note of the optional gift message box, which will be available during checkout. We recommend reviewing this information as soon as possible to ensure the accuracy of addresses, items, and arrival dates. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation that includes the tracking number for each shipment. Please be aware that this confirmation is typically emailed at 11pm EST on the day the shipment is dispatched. Yummy Honey Bit Return Policy

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within (15) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.

We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 10 days. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Yummy Honey Bit reserves the right to limit replacements. Returns and refunds are not offered.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders.
Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Yummy Honey Bit cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have update or revised through any customization options with our carrier).

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure
proper delivery.

Yummy Honey Bit is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
3. You do not provide a corrected new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subiect to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

Do you ship during the height of summer?

Yes, we do ship during the summer. We take appropriate measures to ensure that our items are well-protected during transit. For instance, we utilize thermal insulated totes and gel ice packs as necessary. The shipping requirements may vary based on the location and weather conditions. Some orders may not require any additional heat protection and can be sent in our regular packaging. However, for certain cases, we may need to delay the shipment to a later date when the weather is less hot. Rest assured that we prioritize the quality and safety of our shipments throughout the year.
